Optical Circulator

Firsol single-mode optical circulators are passive, polarization-insensitive, nonreciprocal devices that route light sequentially from Port 1 to Port 2 and from Port 2 to Port 3. Designed for low insertion loss, high isolation, and high directivity, these 3-port circulators efficiently separate forward- and backward-propagating signals in fiber optic systems. Models are available at 1064, 1310, 1480, and 1550 nm, as well as across the C+L and S+C+L bands, for bidirectional transmission, FBG-based add/drop modules, OTDR, fiber sensing, test and measurement, and dispersion-compensation systems.
