How to Return a Product
- 1Contact us at [email protected] or call +1 (201) 555-1992 within 30 days of delivery.
- 2Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- 3Our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 1 business day.
- 4Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the label.
- 5Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA confirmation.
- 6Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- • Unused, unopened products in original packaging
- • Defective or damaged products (any condition)
- • Incorrect items shipped by Firsol
- • Products that don't match the description
Not Eligible for Return
- • Custom-made or special-order products
- • Products returned after 30 days
- • Items with missing or damaged original packaging
- • Products showing signs of use or installation
Refund Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns over US$500.
