1480nm Polarization Maintaining Fiber Patch Cable is designed for transmitting linearly polarized light while maintaining a stable polarization state with low insertion loss and high extinction ratio. Built with PM1550 polarization maintaining fiber, this 1480nm PM fiber patch cable offers an insertion loss of ≤0.5 dB, an extinction ratio of ≥23 dB, and a maximum continuous optical power of 500 mW, making it suitable for polarization-sensitive fiber optic systems.

The cable supports slow-axis, fast-axis, or both-axis configurations, with the slow axis aligned to the connector key by default. A wide range of connector options, including FC/UPC, FC/APC, LC/UPC, LC/APC, SC/UPC, SC/APC, ST and E2000 connectors, can be provided for different system requirements. This 1480nm polarization maintaining patch cord is suitable for fiber amplifiers, fiber optic sensors, optical communications, interferometers, and other applications requiring stable polarization transmission.
