The G.657.A1 Low-Loss Bend-Insensitive Single-Mode Optical Fiber is designed for optical transmission systems operating across the full wavelength range from 1260 nm to 1625 nm. It combines low attenuation, low water peak, and excellent macro-bending performance, making it suitable for O-E-S-C-L band applications.

This fiber is fully compatible with standard single-mode fiber while providing improved bend resistance for compact and high-density installations. Its low-loss and bend-insensitive characteristics support multi-channel, high-bit-rate, and long-distance transmission systems, as well as FTTH, indoor cabling, splicing cassettes, and compact fiber organizers.
