The Firsol 1x64 Plug-In PLC Splitter is a single-mode passive optical component designed to evenly divide one input optical signal into sixty-four output channels. Manufactured using silica-based planar lightwave circuit technology, it provides low insertion loss, low polarization-dependent loss, consistent channel-to-channel performance, and high reliability across a broad operating wavelength range. Its high-density plug-in module design enables organized installation, convenient replacement, and efficient maintenance in large-scale fiber optic distribution networks.

Operating from 1260 to 1650 nm with G.657.A1 bend-insensitive fiber, the splitter features insertion loss of ≤21.0 dB, loss uniformity of ≤2.0 dB, PDL of ≤0.4 dB, return loss of ≥50 dB, and directivity of ≥55 dB. It supports optical power up to 500 mW and is suitable for FTTH and FTTX deployments, PON networks, CATV links, telecommunications infrastructure, and high-density optical signal distribution systems.
