The Firsol 2x32 Plug-In PLC Splitter is a single-mode passive optical component designed to distribute or combine optical signals between two input ports and thirty-two output ports. Manufactured using silica-based planar lightwave circuit technology, it provides low insertion loss, low polarization-dependent loss, consistent channel uniformity, and reliable performance across a broad operating wavelength range. Its high-density plug-in module design supports organized installation, convenient replacement, and efficient maintenance in fiber optic distribution systems.
Operating from 1260 to 1650 nm with G.657.A1 bend-insensitive fiber, the splitter features insertion loss of ≤17.9 dB, loss uniformity of ≤1.8 dB, PDL of ≤0.3 dB, return loss of ≥50 dB, and directivity of ≥55 dB. It supports optical power up to 500 mW and is suitable for FTTH and FTTX deployments, PON networks, CATV links, telecommunications infrastructure, and high-density optical signal distribution applications.
